Yep, this is Rachel Luttrell, also known as Teyla Emmagan in Stargate Atlantis.
Not quite pleased with this one, it's sortof a quickie, so I didn't spend as much time on the shading & the hair as I did with Jason Momoa (Ronon). But I think it's ok. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
